Bio:
Crystal Evans joined AAHS in the fall of 2006 and has led the organization's transition from small shelter to an essential community resource with a shelter, Spay/Neuter center and two adoption outreach centers. Crystal recently married Greg Evans, an adjunct instructor at Athens Tech and UGA. She holds a BA in Business and a Masters degree in Nonprofit Management.

Denise Plemmons

Denise was a volunteer for more than a year and a half before joining AAHS as a permanent member of the team in 2007. She has two cats who were adopted from AAHS, one dog who was adopted from Animal Control, and several fish.

Lindsay Porter
Position: Foster Care Coordinator

Lindsay joined AAHS in fall of 2007. Lindsay manages dozens of foster homes, expanding AAHS' capacity for saving lives. Lindsay lives in Winterville with her husband, four cats, and two dogs.
